cancel the subscription.
No Refunds
Digital Download Products, C2C Global LLC on C2C Global LLC Community & Training Access:
There are no refunds for any digital products or payments received to join the C2C Global Community Membership. Access to the C2C Community & digital courses through the Skool platform is provided for the duration stated in the product description. If you encounter issues accessing purchased digital content, contact our Customer Support Department at success@credit2cashflow.pro between 9 AM – 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday, for resolution.
The purchase of the C2C Global community does not grant rights to share, reproduce, or resell the product. Digital Access is considered fully delivered upon the email being sent to the registered email address. If the digital access link is not received within 5 calendar days, email success@credit2cashflow.pro to notify the Company.
All digital and downloadable product sales are final. No digital product refunds are offered once download/digital access is assigned. To cancel automatic renewal, contact Credit to Cashflow Administration in the Skool community platform or email success@credit2cashflow.pro. Agreements for downloadable/digital products, Credit 2 Cashflow Community or Mentorship, and/or digital products are not subject to cancellation, refund, or store credit. Verbal modifications are not accepted. After the full term, you may request to cancel the auto-renewal or convert to a month-to-month Agreement.
Canceling or removing the credit card on file does not cancel your subscription and violates the terms. Delinquent invoices past 90 days or three consecutive late payments lead to account suspension, with full contract value due through the agreement term. For issues accessing digital content, contact Customer Support during business hours.
